Pick a category, drop a pin on the city map or enter an address, add a photo, and describe the concern. The whole thing takes about a minute on your phone.

We classify and prioritize

Your report is matched to the right service category and given a priority. If the description is unclear, we will ask you for a little more detail before routing it.

Routed to the right division

The request lands in the queue of the responsible city division with a clear service-level target, so the right crew sees it quickly.

Follow it to resolution

Track every status change online, and opt into text or email updates. You will know when work starts and when it is complete.
